    Sold in 8 oz packages. 

    We'll send your cheese in a temperature-controlled package and ensure it arrives fresh and delicious within 1-2 days. Destinations in the Midwest and Pacific Coast regions require Expedited Shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We only ship cheese on Mondays & Tuesdays to ensure freshness. Cheese may ship separately from other items in your order.
